C.U.@HOME Online is very user-friendly and will provide easy identifiable fields for your requests. Here are a few of the basic tips you'll need to successfully access and navigate through C.U.@HOME Online for the first time:
  • After the Credit Union has processed your completed app for Online services, you'll receive a PIN Mailer that contains important access information. Please read it very carefully.
  • Log-In Screen:   Hit the tab bar, not the 'Enter' key. Then, click on the ENTER button on the screen for access. The Password/PIN is case sensitive! Be sure to enter your Password/PIN exactly as it appears on your mailer. After 3 failed attempts to log-in, YOU WILL BE LOCKED OUT. If that occurs, contact our Support Services Department for a reset. Call (402) 292-8000. E-mail us at sac@sacfcu.com.
  • Navigation:  Tab to, or point & click (sometimes double click) the field you want to access.
  • Transactions: Are posted immediately to your accounts.
  • E-mail:  Click on the "Contact Us" button or any mail box to reach us.
  • View Account History: Double click on any account suffix at the Account Lookup screen. Select the month you wish to review.
  • Printing: Click and drag the information you want printed. Print using the File button on your system tool bar.
  • Check Withdrawals:   Key in a period between the dollars and cents to include cents in your check request.  A check will normally be sent to your account address the next business day after your request. (ie: A Saturday check request will normally be mailed on the following Monday.)
  • Stop Payment Requests:   Requests can be made on check numbers of up to 4 digits only. The range of stop payments will stop the first check number through the ending check number. This would be used for a lost checkbook situation.
  • Confirmation Number:   For your records, always write your confirmation number down after performing a transaction. 
  • Log Off or Home Buttons:  Will take you back to our SAC Federal Credit Union Web site.
  • FREE Online Bill Payer:    Is available to you at no cost for unlimited transactions. Online Bill Payer is accessed through C.U. @ HOME Online and is easy to use. Simple instructions are available to you online. Please note that you must have a Checking Account to sign up for FREE Online Bill Payer.
