Team Suh: A Playbook for Life
Presented by Ngum Suh, the program will focus on how to set goals for your life and balance all you do. Ms. Suh, the sister of Ndamukong Suh, is a terrific athlete, formerly playing soccer for Mississippi Satate and the Cameroon National Soccer Team. She has bachelor degrees in biological sciences and in clinical exercise physiology. Before taking her current position as leader of Team Suh, she was a personal trainer, a youth soccer mentor, and a model for such brands as Nike, Adidas, Columbia, and REI.
